The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and leading technical initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as the ability to work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Our tech: Python, PHP, Node.js, MySQL, React, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, GCP, and a ton of AWS services like SQS, SNS, S3, Lambda, Fargate, Cognito, RDS, ElasticSearch, and more.
How You'll Contribute...- Technical: Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- System Design: Design and architect scalable, resilient, and maintainable software systems that meet the evolving needs of our marketplace.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI to optimize our internal workflows and accelerate our workforce.
- Machine Learning models development for tasks such as marketplace optimization, fraud detection, and call center operations.
- Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, utilizing cloud-based services and best practices.
- Integration with Twilio: Integrate Twilio's communication APIs into our platform to enable seamless customer interactions.
- Technology Stack: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software development landscape.
What We're Looking For...- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application to software development.
- Proven ability to design and architect scalable, distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with complex distributed systems.
Bonus Points...- Experience working in an insurance marketplace or related field.
- Familiarity with Twilio's communication products.
- Contributions to open-source projects or communities.
