What You'll Do- Understand partner and customer business needs and translate them into technical specifications and deployment plans
- Configure and customize AI agent solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms (CRMs, booking tools, payment systems)
- Own implementations end-to-end - from kickoff through go-live - managing stakeholders and driving projects to completion
- Serve as the technical point of contact in partner conversations; present solutions confidently with minimal oversight
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Contribute to building scalable deployment practices as the team grows
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Hands-on experience developing in Python or JavaScript, with fluency in AI technologies including prompt engineering
- Experience integrating APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience (consulting, project management, client delivery, or entrepreneurial)
- Strong systems integration skills and ability to work across diverse tech stacks
- Business process analysis skills - you understand how companies make money and can connect technical solutions to business outcomes
- Bonus: experience with CRM/PMS systems, SaaS platforms, or the AI industry
Ideal backgrounds include:- Tier 1 CS program + top consulting firm with technical implementation work
- Tier 1 tech company with a customer-facing component
- Software engineering + entrepreneurial experience in a customer-facing business
