Full Job Description
Overview

As the Solution Sales Enablement Manager for HLS, you will lead the team that serves as the pattern-recognition, repeatability, and scale engine for Frontier Company. You will turn learning from Frontier Deployed Engineering (FDE), Industry Advisor (IA), field, studio, and partner engagements into repeatable industry AI transformation motions. You will guide the team in selectively engaging on strategic opportunities where HLS expertise can unlock reusable patterns or lighthouse outcomes, translating successful approaches into customer evidence, executive narratives, discovery and qualification mechanisms, business-value patterns, partner pathways, activation kits, and field-ready playbooks.

You will collaborate across Industry Advisory, FDE Studios, strategic account teams, Marketing, Customer Zero, CxO Advisory, engineering, and partners to accelerate customer outcomes and commercial impact. Success requires strong people leadership, industry and sales acumen, executive influence, disciplined prioritization, and the ability to package what works so that others can execute at scale without bespoke SSE involvement in every engagement.

If hired in the Puget Sound area, will be required to work in the office three days per week, otherwise this position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HLS Solution Sales Enablement team, setting clear priorities and operating rhythms that align team capacity to Frontier Company objectives and measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Own the mechanism that converts FDE, IA, field, studio, and partner learning into repeatable HLS AI transformation motions across Provider, Payor, Pharma, and MedTech markets. Identify, prioritize, and propagate technical, commercial, and delivery patterns based on repeatability, industry relevance, business value, and differentiated innovation.
  • Guide the codification of reusable discovery methods, qualification criteria, use-case tagging, business-value patterns, partner off-ramps, activation kits, and playbooks that accelerate movement from discovery to a qualified and scalable motion.
  • Direct selective team engagement on strategic S500 opportunities where SSE expertise can unlock a reusable pattern, lighthouse outcome, customer evidence, or scalable motion, while maintaining account ownership with Industry Advisors and field teams.
  • Translate repeatable patterns and lighthouse wins into CxO-level narratives, customer evidence, and industry thought leadership. Partner with Marketing, Customer Zero, CxO Advisory, and other stakeholders to amplify transformation outcomes through executive engagements, events, and field assets.
  • Scale readiness across Industry Advisors, FDE Studios, strategic account teams, and partners by packaging proven patterns, win models, and customer evidence for broad adoption, and by establishing feedback loops that continuously improve Frontier motions.

  • 4+ years of people management experience.
Additional Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field AND 6+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program or project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organizations, OR equivalent experience.
