- Leverage AI-native tools and platforms to reinforce learning and drive sustained field behaviour change
- Collaborate with the ASP (AWS Specialists & Partners) organization, Partner Programs, and Co-Sell teams to translate their priorities into field-ready enablement
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to stay current on partner ecosystem changes, new co-sell motions, and evolving go-to-market plays
- Coordinate with Business Unit Field Enablement (BUFE) teams to validate relevance and drive adoption
- Define success metrics tied to partner-attached pipeline, co-sell win rates, and seller adoption of partner motions
- Gather continuous field feedback to identify friction and iterate rapidly

- 7+ years in sales enablement, partner enablement, or partner/channel sales within enterprise technology
- Demonstrated experience building enablement programs that integrate partner/co-sell motions into broader sales capability frameworks
- Comfort with data - you use KPIs (pipeline contribution, ramp time, win rates) to prioritize and measure impact
