Job Description

Experian is looking for an Solutions Engineer who combines technical depth with client engagement expertise to increase adoption of the Bureau Composer (BC) data and decisioning orchestration platform.

This is an AI-first, client-facing role at the intersection of solution architecture, AI-driven decisioning, and revenue enablement. Reporting to the Senior Director, Solutions Design, you will partner with clients. You will also partner with sales and other teams. Your partnerships will design and deliver AI-powered, data-driven solutions. These solutions will span across credit, fraud, and identity use cases.

You will lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle. This lifecycle involves translating client requirements into production-ready AI-enabled architectures. These architectures use LLMs, cloud-native platforms (AWS), APIs, and scalable data systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions to identify opportunities for intelligent decisioning, automation, and optimization

Translate client needs into end-to-end AI-enabled solutions using:
  • LLMs and AI workflows
  • APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures

Design and deliver scalable implementations on Bureau Composer, including:
  • Real-time decisioning workflows
  • Standard and custom solutions
  • Conduct technical presentations, demos, and AI solution workshops for both executive and technical audiences
  • Guide production deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions
  • Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and increase incremental revenue
  • Ensure agreement on security, compliance, and data governance frameworks (FCRA, FACTA, IAM, and data protection)
  • Build reusable AI solution patterns, accelerators, and strategies

AI / ML (Primary Focus)
  • Hands-on experience applying LLMs or ML models in real-world / production use cases
  • Built or implemented AI-driven workflows, automation, or decisioning solutions
  • Experience integrating AI into APIs, applications, or enterprise systems
  • Prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or LLM orchestration frameworks
  • Design AI-enabled business solutions (beyond POCs)
  • Apply AI to decisioning, analytics, or customer workflows

Architecture & Cloud
  • Experience designing API-first, microservices-based architectures
  • Experience with AWS
  • Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3
  • Real-time and event-driven systems
  • Data integration and distributed system design

Data & Integration
  • SQL and data analysis for validation and troubleshooting
  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and data integration patterns
  • BI and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) with business insight delivery

Domain & Industry Knowledge
  • Credit risk decisioning (originations, underwriting, line management)
  • Fraud and identity decisioning systems
  • Bureau data (credit attributes, tradelines, scores)
  • Decision strategies (rules and model-driven decisioning)


Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or SQL Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements
