Successful candidates will have strong presentation skills, sharp business acumen, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What You'll Do
  • Lead tailored discovery sessions and deliver high-impact product demonstrations aligned to each customer's priorities and business processes.
  • Support the sales team by presenting GHX products and solutions to prospects, customers, and at industry conferences.
  • Prepare and present findings to prospects and clients to validate the sales opportunity and advance deals based on measurable value.
  • Own the functional and technical sections of RFIs and RFPs, crafting responses that validate decision criteria and win on substance.
  • Provide support to answer industry, MMIS, ERP, or data-specific questions as needed.
  • Capture technical requirements accurately so implementation teams have what they need to deliver.
  • Define account strategy and pipeline plans in close collaboration with field sales to drive pre-sales effectiveness.
  • Provide voice of customer to Product Management and Product Marketing to help drive future product functionality based on customer needs.
  • Deliver training to Solution Engineer and sales teams.
  • Demonstrate and reinforce proficiency in pre-sales roles and methodologies across the team.
  • Build and maintain a network with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity.
