YOUR ROLE

Our team is looking for a Solution Designer (Microsoft), Cloud Technologies who will be responsible for the design, integration, and evolution of cloud solutions and Microsoft services (Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, etc.) across the organization. This person ensures the proper functioning of the platforms under their responsibility, while maintaining effective operational management and contributing to the continuous evolution of the solutions that comprise them.

As a Solution Designer (Microsoft), Cloud Technologies, you will :
  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements, design the corresponding Microsoft solutions (Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, etc.), and support their implementation, particularly in cloud platform and Microsoft services deployment or enhancement projects
  • Work closely with business lines to define, design, and integrate Microsoft infrastructure components into their projects, ensuring alignment with operational needs and technology direction
  • Contribute to the drafting of solution architecture documents and present recommendations to various committees in order to obtain the approvals required for the implementation of new solutions
  • Apply current ITSM best practices, particularly with respect to change management, documentation of intervention plans, and presentation of cases to the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Administer the Microsoft infrastructure components under your responsibility to ensure their availability, reliability, security, and integrity
  • Provide second- and third-level technical support while collaborating with the partner that delivers first-level support.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, particularly in network and Microsoft environments
  • Occasionally participate in support activities outside normal business hours to respond to specific situations or support the implementation of major changes with significant impact on technology environments


WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, including 5 years in systems administration within a Microsoft environment (Azure, Azure DevOps, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft solutions, including Windows Server, Exchange Online, SCOM, and related technologies
  • Significant experience managing and administering messaging platforms, particularly Microsoft Exchange Online.
  • Experience in a large-scale IT environment, ideally in the financial or banking sectors
  • Good command of the TCP/IP protocol, Internet services (DNS, FTP, etc.), as well as the protocols and services within the Windows ecosystem
  • Good knowledge of the following technologies and environments:
    • Azure
    • Azure DevOps
    • Exchange Online
    • Windows Server
    • Active Directory & MS Entra ID
    • Certificate Management
