CGI Montre9al is looking for a Solution Architect who will be responsible for the design, alignment, and governance of end-to-end technology solutions supporting manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations across the enterprise. In this role, you will ensure that Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Supply Chain / Order to Delivery (OTD) solutions are integrated, scalable, and aligned with the organization's enterprise architecture standards.

Your future duties and responsibilities:• Design solution architectures across the Business, Application, Information, and Technology domains and document them through solution architecture design deliverables
• Define target architectures and roadmaps for PLM, MES, ERP, and OTD ecosystems in alignment with enterprise architecture principles
• Design end to end integration patterns connecting engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing systems
• Collaborate with business process owners across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to translate business requirements into technology solutions
• Contribute to the development and evolution of a reference architecture repository for manufacturing and engineering domain
• Support process harmonization, standardization, and automation initiatives across manufacturing plants and global sites.
• Support system modernization, cloud migration, and integration initiatives for manufacturing and engineering applications
• Support multiple programs and projects concurrently, providing architectural oversight from initial concept through delivery
• Lead workshops and presentations with stakeholders to communicate solution options, impacts, and associated trade-offs
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent project related professional experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 4 years of experience in solution architecture within manufacturing or engineering environments
• Strong experience with PLM solutions, including Teamcenter and Windchill
• Strong experience with MES platforms, including SAP and Siemens environments
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing integration flows, including OTD, BOM, and routing
• Familiarity with manufacturing shop floor systems
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience interacting with executive level and board level stakeholders
• Strong team player with demonstrated experience leading and collaborating across teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solution architecture designs
• Excellent communication skills in French & English (spoken, written) to communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders located outside Quebec

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
