Job Description:Key Responsibilities- Lead and own end-to-end solution architecture across TDI ecosystem (channels, Guidewire, integrations, vendor system, downstream systems)
- Design scalable solutions across Guidewire ClaimCenter and GWCP aligned with business outcomes
- Define and govern integration architecture (APIs, event-driven patterns, messaging) across enterprise and vendor ecosystems
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, data models, and solution patterns
Lead architecture reviews, design governance, and technical oversight - Collaborate with business, engineering, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Drive POCs, innovation, and adoption of cloud and modern capabilities (AI, automation, digital channels)
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on Guidewire (ClaimCenter) and GWCP implementations
- Strong expertise in Guidewire Cloud capabilities (Integration Gateway, App Events, Claims AutoPilot)
- Solid background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, preferably in Claims domain
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale programs
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (API, event-driven, messaging) - Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred) and DevOps practices (CI/CD)
- Proven experience in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical leadership
