Solution Architect
Glint Tech solution is seeking experienced Solution Architects to bridge Enterprise and Application Architecture teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. This role drives enterprise optimization, translates business needs into technical solutions, and ensures alignment with IT strategies and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities- Lead preparation of domain architecture viewpoints/models (current, target, interim states)
- Identify pain points & opportunities, create reusable domain patterns
- Drive design, engineering, and implementation of solution assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize architecture impact
- Lead vendor evaluations, RFIs/RFPs, and domain assessments
- Research emerging trends, enhance architecture frameworks & tools
- Present high-level design concepts to VP+ stakeholders with strong business acumen
Required Skills- 8+ years as a Solution Architect
- Healthcare Insurance/Payor domain expertise (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits)
- Strong tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, API/Web Services, Angular/UI, DB2, AWS Cloud
- SAFE/Agile framework experience
- Ability to translate business strategies into technical solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership ability to coach and develop architects/engineers
Big Plus- Mainframe technologies
- Exposure to AI/ML
