Software Technical Expert
We are looking for a skilled Software Technical Expert to lead transformation on the OfficeTrack platform. This role blends system design, integrations, automation, and change management to optimize enterprise-scale field service operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design the OfficeTrack golden configuration with measurable acceptance criteria Build phased rollout plan with change management (pilot expand scale) Define role-based permissions & guardrails to minimize manual workarounds Identify UI pain points, automation & AI opportunities across dispatch/field ops Enhance integrations with enterprise systems (Amdocs, UKG, etc.) Execute test plans in production-like environments Maintain a continuous improvement backlog
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
Experience with OfficeTrack or similar field service/workforce management platforms Strong background in dispatch, field operations, and workforce management systems Expertise in enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and process optimization Knowledge of change management, testing strategies, and system governance Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
