Role Description & Responsibilities Our team has an immediate opening for a Solution Architect.
The Solution Architect at Dassault Systèmes plays a pivotal role in bridging customer business objectives with technical solutions, primarily leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Key responsibilities include:
Solution Design & Delivery
- Define and propose integrated global solutions that enable customers to achieve their business strategies and operational goals by leveraging Dassault Systèmes' industry know-how and 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Ensure solutions cover the entire scope of business processes while guaranteeing workability, relevancy, and alignment with committed value (e.g., Statement of Work/SoW).
- Promote cloud-first solutions and out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities to maximize efficiency and scalability
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key contributor in the Value Engagement framework, participating in gate reviews to assess feasibility, risks, and value of customer opportunities.
- Challenge and refine customer business processes to drive value creation and business transformation, ensuring alignment with Dassault Systèmes' best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Consultants to capture and adapt customer processes, ensuring solutions meet tactical and long-term needs.
- Support Consultants, System Integrators (SIs), and internal teams (e.g., R&D, DSIS) to ensure seamless delivery and knowledge sharing.
Technical & Strategic Leadership
- Deliver Solution Architecture studies, evaluating technical risks and opportunities in line with Dassault Systèmes' methodology.
- Contribute to Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP) responses by providing architectural expertise.
- Ensure technical continuity between TechSales (pre-sales) and Services (post-sales) activities, both internally and externally.
- Capitalize on customer experience and project deliverables to create reusable assets, maximizing efficiency across engagements.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Leverage the IFWE (Industry Future Workforce Engagement) Loop to manage interactions with customers and the broader ecosystem, ensuring capitalization of relevant information .
- Foster collaboration across Dassault Systèmes' global teams (e.g., R&D, Industry) to maintain a unified view of solution architecture and drive customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to product teams to influence the roadmap and architecture of Dassault Systèmes' solutions.
Industry & Platform Expertise
- Promote Dassault Systèmes' Industry Solution Experiences (ISEs) and Industry Process Experiences (IPEs), adapting them to customer needs while staying true to OOTB capabilities.
Qualifications- Bachelors' Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 15+ years of experience
- Technical proficiency in 3DEXPERIENCE
- Automotive Industry-specific knowledge to tailor solutions effectively
- Strategic thinking to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
- Problem-solving to assess risks, feasibility, and value in complex engagements.
- Drive strategic alignment for business transformation

- Solution modeling & technology demonstrations to address business problems
- Customer Facing skills & Exec Level engagement

Compensation & BenefitsDassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $174000 and $232000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
