Job DescriptionThe MissionWe are looking for a Solution Architect to drive the development of next-generation AI-powered web applications. You will bridge the gap between Databricks data platforms and modern web architectures, building intelligent, production-ready applications that integrate LLMs, real-time data, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on full-stack development, helping shape our transition toward Databricks Apps and serverless AI solutions.
What You Will Do- Architect cloud-native AI applications, integrating LLMs, vector search, and real-time data.
- Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend.
- Implement RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents in production.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Full-stack, AI, Data).
- Build and maintain backend services in Python and integrate them with React (or Angular) frontends.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices.
QualificationsYour Background- 7+ years in software engineering, designing distributed systems
- Strong full-stack experience (React + FastAPI)
- Sharp product vision and UX/UI intuition
- Expert-level Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases
Nice to Have- Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog)
- Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen)
- Experience with Node.js full-stack
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
