Software Test Leader – Imaging Systems & Camera Technologies

What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers, providing technical guidance and coaching.
- Define test strategies covering unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Drive development of automated test frameworks using PyTest, GTest, and related tools.
- Establish scalable validation architectures for software, firmware, and FPGA-based products.
- Partner with software, firmware, and hardware teams to improve product testability.
- Coordinate validation activities across multiple engineering sites.
- Implement automated workflows to reproduce and analyze customer-reported issues.
- Track quality metrics, defects, and release readiness.
- Promote AI-assisted tools for test development, code review, and documentation.
- Champion a quality-focused culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you need
- Required: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Required: Expertise in Python and C/C++ development environments.
- Required: Experience designing automated test frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines.
- Required: 8+ years in software development, test, or validation engineering.
- Required: Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating engineering teams.
- Required: Experience with embedded systems, firmware, or image-acquisition technologies.
- Advantage: Knowledge of FPGA validation and real-time systems.
- Required: Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Salary Range:
$93,700.00-$124,900.000
