The primary data systems are Workstream, SAP S4, Holmes, RDMA, and related platforms. This position plays a critical role in maintaining fab financial integrity, production continuity, and audit readiness, and requires deep understanding of manufacturing transaction semantics and cross-system dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Systems Integration & Data Integrity, Operations Support
  • Own end-to-end transaction integrity across Workstream, SAP S4, Holmes, and supporting systems.
  • Design, implement, and validate logic for transactions such as scrap/unscrap and inventory adjustments.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory, Workstream records, and S4 financial data, often under time-critical conditions.
  • Lead and support Holmes-Workstream synchronization testing, including wafer, panel, and device-level transaction scenarios.
  • Ensure material usage, cost center assignment, and quantity accounting are correctly executed for:
    • Production and engineering materials
    • Indirect materials (e.g., gold wire, adhesives, flex)
    • Non-standard and exception manufacturing flows
  • Produce and validate calculations required for quarter-end corrections, audits, and fab financial reviews.
  • Provide direct support to manufacturing, inventory control, engineering, and finance teams.
  • Respond to urgent operational issues where incorrect system behavior could impact production, inventory valuation, or financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain custom utilities and scripts that enable:
    • Engineering-to-production lot conversions
    • Accurate cost and quantity tracking across systems
    • Automated reconciliation and scrap processing
  • Document and explain complex system behavior to stakeholders to reduce operational risk and process errors.

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing transactions, inventory accounting, and financial impacts of system behavior.
  • Experience working with SAP S4, Workstream, or similar enterprise manufacturing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze complex data flows and resolve issues spanning multiple systems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting fab or high-mix manufacturing environments.
  • Scripting or development experience (e.g., Perl, Python) used for system integration or utilities.
  • Experience supporting audits, quarter-end close, or financial reconciliation in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities
• Leads day-to-day design activities from concept through manufacturing and/or production, and pays detailed attention to design execution from concept through delivery.
• Creates wireframes, user interface (UI) layouts, mockups, prototypes, visual artifacts, icons, and design specifications that are ready to be implemented by the rest of the team.
• Leads design thinking sessions in collaboration with designers, program managers, and engineers, and applies design thinking methods to address requirements.
• Influences and drives changes across disciplines to optimize the usage of design thinking within the portfolio.
• Drives and manages the development of deliverables through to publishing and presentation against engagement deadlines.
• Leads conversations with administrators from large organizations to refine designs and incorporate best practices within the organization.
• Acts as the project management administrator to ensure all required project information and documentation are provided clearly on drawing sets.
• Successfully tracks record leading initiatives and interdisciplinary teams with a design and strategic vision.
• Reacts quickly to new information, opinions, and direction to strategically pivot the designs and strategies when necessary.
• Provides guidance, mentoring, and training to individual contributors in lower-level roles, and contributes to their growth in the organization.
