Job Description Summary
The power grid is becoming increasingly complex, driven by the growth of renewable energy, evolving security threats, and the increasing frequency of extreme weather events. The Software Integration & Deployment Engineer plays a hands-on role in bringing these capabilities to utility customers. This position supports the deployment, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting of GridOS Plan solutions in customer environments, working with Kubernetes-based applications, Linux systems, and customer technical teams to deliver stable, accurate, and reliable implementations. The position combines software deployment, systems integration, data troubleshooting, scripting, documentation, and customer collaboration. Where applicable, this role also supports deployment automation, CI/CD practices, and release validation.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in technically diverse customer environments, picking up domain-specific workflows quickly, and contributing flexibly across implementation activities as project and customer needs evolve. This role may require periodic travel to customer sites, estimated at up to 6 weeks per year.
