Responsibilities- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, uncover opportunities, and define innovative solution approaches.
- Lead discovery efforts that translate business challenges into actionable technical requirements and delivery plans.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI, automation, data, and digital solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and delivery teams to create scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and minimum viable products that validate value and accelerate decision-making.
- Guide solutions from concept through production while ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption.
- Drive successful transition of mature solutions to long-term product, operations, or technology owners.
- Identify reusable components, patterns, and best practices that can be leveraged across multiple business initiatives.
- Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement while helping expand adoption of AI capabilities across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, data solutions, automation, or technology delivery.
- Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions from concept through implementation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
- Experience working independently and effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Generative AI, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or machine learning solutions.
- Experience developing cloud-native solutions, APIs, and modern software applications.
- Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Background in consulting, product management, innovation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and product-centric development practices.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 130,200 - 217,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
