This is a high-visibility role with direct engagement with VP/SVP leadership, where you will lead the development of autonomous agent capabilities and transformative agentic workflows. Responsibilities- Lead the technical strategy for a unified agent platform layer, defining declarative, surface-agnostic dynamic UI standards.
- Drive the execution of high-impact productivity journeys aimed at significantly reducing manual toil across the enterprise. Navigate high-velocity environments, leading teams from rapid prototyping through to large-scale production deployment.
- Architect autonomous agent capabilities leveraging enterprise services and proactive context retrieval to simplify complex internal processes. Collaborate with UX and infrastructure teams to deliver adaptive interfaces that surface intent-driven outcomes and hide architectural complexity.
- Establish engineering norms for scalability, reliability, and quality in agentic systems, ensuring they meet rigorous enterprise production standards.
- Advocate a "One Google" culture that fosters transparency while managing a different organization of engineers and managers.
