Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience in leading technical project strategy, Machine Learning (ML) design, and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with data science, data modeling, large-scale data processing, and reliability metrics.
  • Experience in runtimes, Firmware, GPU drivers, embedded systems, embedded processors, and real time systems.
