Job Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions that support engineering projects and meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies
- Create clear documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements
- Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals
- Present innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services based on industry research
- Build and maintain front-end and full-stack features for customer-facing commerce experiences, including purchase flows, cart, and checkout
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:- 2-4+ years Technical engineering experience. (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering (Required)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- TypeScript proficiency
- Front-end development for high-availability, high-traffic applications
- Experience with commerce systems and e-commerce platforms
- Svelte or Alpine.js component development
- REST and GraphQL API integration
- Node.js (API layer/server-side)
- End-to-end testing with Playwright
- GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Git version control
- AI-assisted development using Claude CLI and applied prompt engineering

Base Pay Range: $92,500 - $166,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
