Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and delivering secure, scalable enterprise software. This leader will combine technical depth with exceptional people leadership, partnering closely with Product Management, Architecture, Security, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop multiple teams of software engineers and engineering managers.
  • Drive technical strategy, execution, and delivery across several product initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps and prioritize engineering work.
  • Foster an engineering culture focused on quality, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and grow engineers through regular feedback, career development, and succession planning.
  • Build and scale high-performing distributed engineering teams.
  • Ensure delivery of secure, reliable, and highly available enterprise software.
  • Collaborate with Architecture teams on long-term platform strategy.
  • Drive Agile development processes and continuous delivery best practices.
  • Improve engineering metrics around quality, velocity, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Security and Compliance teams to ensure secure software development practices.
  • Participate in hiring, workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational planning.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership regarding project status, risks, and strategic initiatives.
