Role Scope- Build the software behind new product introduction: test orchestration, data capture, and analysis for new hardware.
- Ship the lab's tooling: benchmark automation, config management, and results databases the team runs on.
- Own the data: every qualification run captured, comparable, and queryable across platforms and time.
- Automate the path from lab to fleet: golden configs and validation suites packaged for deployment.

- You've built test automation or lab software for hardware programs.
- You've turned manual engineering workflows into pipelines.
- You handle hardware-shaped data: telemetry, logs, and measurements at volume.
- You write production-quality Python or Go and move fast with AI tooling.
- You sit with the engineers who use your tools and iterate.
- Bonus: Hardware test harnesses. Grafana and time-series. BMC and Redfish APIs. CI for hardware.
