Software Engineer | Nox Metals | Windsor, ON
You will:
- Build full stack across NOX NEST, WAYNE, and Gondor in TypeScript, NestJS, React, and Supabase
- Ship features end to end, from schema to API to UI to deploy, no handoffs
- Work directly with operators, schedulers, and supply chain on the floor and watch them use what you built
- Build software that replaces manual work and removes friction from the company
- Work on real ML and AI features, cut-time models, demand intelligence, AI parsing of sales orders
- Own production systems, ship fast, monitor closely, fix forward
You should be:
- New grads or experienced
- Strong in TypeScript, Node, and modern web frameworks (NestJS, Next.js, React, or comparable)
- Comfortable with Postgres and Supabase or comparable
- Cracked with AI tools, you use them every day and you are 10x more efficient because of it
- A builder who would rather ship a working v1 today than a perfect v3 next month
- Customer obsessed, every line of code shows up as a part on a customer's dock
- High agency, you handle big items alone and ask for help when needed
- Low ego, you walk the floor, you do the unglamorous work because it needs to get done
- Not afraid to work outside normal hours when our customers demands it
- Never says "that's not my job"
This role is full time, in person in Windsor.
