Responsibilities - Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, psychological safety, and innovation.
- Define and execute the long-term technical goal for the Platform for the Agentic era.
- Oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and operational reliability of major components across the AlloyDB platform stack to support production-grade Agentic workloads.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX to define product roadmaps and translate customer requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
- Drive technical alignment and successful integrations by collaborating with various engineering teams across the broader Google Cloud organization.
