The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. Description:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern software engineering principles and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with other team members.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Work to continuously improve the development process, tools, and overall software reliability.
- Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Determine the root cause for complex software issues and develop practical, long-term solutions.
- Drive and influence technical decisions, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the product and engineering team.
- Evaluate and make recommendations on new technologies and best practices.
- Will support the transition to cloud capability.
Qualifications- An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.Last Poly within last 7 years.

- Solid experience with Python required.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as [e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.].
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

The projected compensation range for this position is $200K - $300K.
