Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and support modern, scalable applications using a Java full-stack and microservices-based architecture.
This role is ideal for an engineer who is technically strong, collaborative, and comfortable working across the full development lifecycle-from design and development through testing and deployment-within an Agile delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Java full-stack applications supporting business-critical platforms.
- Build and enhance Spring Boot-based microservices, following best practices for scalability, resiliency, and performance.
- Develop and optimize database solutions, including schema design, queries, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into well-designed, testable solutions.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines, supporting automated builds, testing, and deployments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, product partners, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Preferred Skills & Experience- Strong experience with Java full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience building and supporting microservices-based architectures.
- Solid database skills, including working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications- Experience with OpenShift.
- Experience using Docker and containerized application development.
- Familiarity with cloud-native or hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated technology environments.
