Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Software Engineer, you will work on delivery of scalable software solutions by managing feature implementation, testing, and ongoing support within collaborative engineering teams. This role requires strong expertise in frontend development and modern UI frameworks, along with working knowledge of backend systems, multiple programming languages, and a strong focus on the full software development lifecycle, including automation, CI/CD, and automated testing.

You will develop and deploy AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows to significantly accelerate development velocity and elevate software reliability. By strategically integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative tools into our core infrastructure, you will optimize internal efficiencies and deliver a more intuitive, high-performance experience for our customers.

By applying sound technical judgment and fostering innovation, you will contribute to high-quality, reliable software that meets business goals and supports continuous improvement across the organization.

You will also participate in discovery and requirement scoping for small to medium-sized projects, collaborating with product management, project management, business, and UX teams to define high-level designs and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

  • Implement AI-driven solutions and evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve team productivity and output quality.
  • Assist in solution design, participate in design reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and ensure adherence to project timelines.


What you'll bring
  • 2+ years of frontend engineering experience with React.js, Node.js, Angular, and TypeScript, building responsive, high-performance web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
  • Familiarity with GraphQL fundamentals, including schema structure, query construction, and mutation handling
  • Working knowledge of Java backend development, including multithreading, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for scalable applications
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or similar)
  • Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, and automated frontend testing to ensure high-quality and reliable user experiences
  • Familiarity with production operations (logging, telemetry, alerting) and a self-starter mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
