Responsibilities* Participate in all stages of our engineering lifecycle of our UX components - from initial research and discovery, quick iteration on promising concepts, solution prototyping and development, all the way through production deployment and live site support
* Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable and maintainable code
* Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
* Be able to work well both independently and collectively in a team environment
* Be able to deal with ambiguity - You will work with internal and external customers, partner teams and team members in disparate geographic locations.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Other & Additional Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, AWS or similar cloud computing platforms
* Experience in using modern web frameworks, like React, Fluent UI
* Experience in the monitoring and observability space
* Experience with modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG-based solutions, and cloud-scale data platforms. Ability to apply AI-driven innovations to improve developer productivity, operational efficiency, and customer experiences.
* Ability to work in an environment with learning, iteration, and improvement in a tight feedback loop
