Job Description:This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.
Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies.
May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants.
Responsibilities:- Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
- Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
- Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
- Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
- Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
- Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
- Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of web and rest services application programming experience .Net, J2EE/Java. Working knowledge of software frameworks such as Struts, Spring, Spring MVC, Groovy, Scala, Open Source components, Rest API etc.,
- Experience with the development models such as Agile and SDLC. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.

Desired Qualifications:- Front End technologies - HTML5, CSS3, SASS, ES6, jQuery, Nodejs, Responsive Web Design.
- Hands on experience with markup languages and templating Engines such as handlebars.js and JSX.
- Working experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Vue.js, React.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging and resolve cross browser issue.
- o Build ADA friendly apps with JAWS, talkback, voice over.

Pay range
$88,800.00 - $144,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
