U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Software Engineer (Digital Analytics) (multiple positions) in Irving, TX.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop internal web applications supporting digital analytics using full-stack Java, React, and modern web technologies.
  • Configure, test, and validate analytics tags, troubleshoot tracking issues, and deploy fixes across environments using Tealium.
  • Implement and maintain digital analytics tracking using Adobe Analytics with JavaScript and jQuery through a tag management system.
  • Collaborate with business and analytics stakeholders to gather digital measurement requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
  • Participate in production deployments, monitor application and analytics behavior, and provide ongoing production support and issue resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a Master's degree in Computer and Information Science, and 2 years in a digital analytics developer, or related, occupation.

Required Skills/Experience:

Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:
track digital analytics for enterprise web applications by configuring page views, events, and custom tracking using JavaScript within a tag management system; deploy, test, and manage digital analytics tags across development, UAT, and production environments, including issue resolution; backend services and internal web applications supporting digital analytics using Java, REST APIs, and modern web technologies; analytics-related data stored in relational databases to support reporting and troubleshooting; Adobe Analytics, JavaScript and jQuery, and Tealium Tag Management; SQL and Relational Databases; Git and GitLab; and, Digital analytics implementation and analytics-enabled web applications.
