Software Engineer - Data Engineer (Multiple Openings)
Responsibilities:
The Software Engineer - Data Engineer develops the specifications, designs, implements, and documents a wide range of data solutions developed by the company. The incumbent will apply the principles of data science and software and computer engineering to: 1) design normalized, relational data models and/or dimensional models for Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) systems; 2) collaborate with stakeholders to build enterprise reporting models; 3) design, implement, and maintain data pipelines that move data from various sources while ensuring that the data is accurate, consistent, and secure; 4) administer and optimize our data solutions for performance and scalability; and 5) build solutions with technologies like SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Stream Analytics, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and Power BI Premium.
These positions will be based out of the company's headquarters in Moscow, Idaho. These positions require regular on-site work at the Moscow office and do not permit remote work or work-from-home arrangements.
