- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Make technical decisions that shape the product's architecture and long-term direction.
- Help establish engineering standards and culture as the team scales.
- Spend 80%+ of your time coding and building.
What We're Looking ForRequired:- 3-10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning features or systems end-to-end in production.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and data science in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience deploying and operating cloud-native applications on AWS, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/observability.
- Proficiency with the core tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, and Git.
Nice to Have:- Experience integrating messaging channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, and email into applications.
- Familiarity with the fintech domain and/or financial-services regulatory and security considerations (e.g., CFPB, TCPA, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Exposure to telephony systems or real-time voice/audio processing.

Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
