Required qualifications- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Betenbough is not sponsoring work visas or transfers for this role; Permanent Resident Card or U.S. Citizenship is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT-related field, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming using one or more of the following: C#, VB.NET, Java, or C
- Fluency in at least one of the following: C#, Java, or JavaScript
- Knowledge of team software development lifecycle and release processes
- Strong desire to learn new software development skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to document, verbalize, and organize ideas clearly
Preferred qualificationsExperience or familiarity with:
- .NET Core
- .NET MVC
- .NET Web API
- LINQ
- xUnit
- SQL Server
- Azure Services
Work environment- Office-based role in a temperature-controlled environment
- Requires vision for near, mid-range, and far distances, as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch
- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, and reaching above head and below waist
- Must have a current and valid driver's license and be insurable by company fleet insurance
- Ability to lift 20-75 pounds
Hours and schedule- 40-45 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Occasional travel for company events and inter-region collaboration
