This role is perfect for someone with foundational full-stack knowledge who is passionate about user interfaces and wants to rapidly grow their frontend technical skills under the mentorship of our experienced Senior and Staff engineers.

- Design, develop, and enhance core features of our complex enterprise performance management SaaS platform.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern frontend technologies, with guidance and support from senior team members.
- Participate actively in code reviews, receiving constructive feedback to learn industry best practices and coding standards.
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting bugs, helping to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to understand requirements and translate them into code.
- Actively learn and grow your frontend architecture skills by pairing with senior engineers and exploring new technologies.
- Bring a strong eagerness to learn, accept mentorship, and continuously improve your other technical skills in a collaborative environment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in frontend development, sharing what you learn with the team.
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
- 0-1+ years of software development experience (internships, academic projects, and personal portfolios count!).
- Foundational full-stack knowledge, with a strong desire to specialize and grow in frontend development.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and core web technologies (HTML/CSS).
- Exposure to or basic experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, React, or similar modern frameworks.
