Job Summary:

The ACaMS Program Team at Client is responsible for the next-generation aero engine control system, aimed at delivering world-class efficiency, improved diagnostics, and cyber threat protection through a modern architectural solution. The system supports a wide range of gas turbine engine applications. The team comprises Embedded Systems, Software, Electronics Designers, and Engineers in Safety, Certification, Quality, Components, and Applications.

This role focuses on the design, development, integration, and testing of embedded software within the aero engine control systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop embedded software solutions.
  • Integrate software with hardware and with other software systems.
  • Execute component-level testing and validation.
  • Apply knowledge of software development life cycle, from design to release.
  • Utilize software design patterns in engineering solutions.


Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 1 year of experience in software development or testing, OR a master's degree in engineering.

Preferred Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in embedded safety-critical software engineering.
  • Familiarity with model-based software design and code generation.
  • Experience with DO-178 compliant software development processes.
  • Background in control systems.
