Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize backend services for real-time agent status management, ensuring accurate and efficient updates across the Contact Center platform;
- implement internationalization (i18n) solutions to support multilingual functionality, integrating translation frameworks and managing locale-based data processing;
- design and maintain real-time reporting and Wallboard systems, enabling live monitoring of agent activities, queue analysis, and Contact Center performance metrics;
- optimize system performance by reducing latency, improving data consistency, and enhancing the scalability of backend services handling high-throughput events;
- and collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions aligned with business requirements.
What we're looking for:Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent. Must have 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have experience in the following:
- 3 years of experience in backend development including designing and implementing scalable cloud-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
- 3 years of experience in ensuring seamless integration of translations, locale-based formatting (dates, numbers, currencies), and region-specific data processing
- 3 years of experience in implementing scalable frameworks to support continuous translation updates and localization testing
- 3 years of experience implementing validation, reconciliation, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure high data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
- 3 years of experience designing automated data quality checks (e.g., schema validation, anomaly detection, cross-source reconciliation) to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies
- 3 years of experience establishing governance practices and audit trails to maintain reliability and compliance for business-critical metrics
- 3 years of experience implementing and managing relational and NoSQL databases including Redis and Amazon DynamoDB ensuring data consistency and high availability.
- 3 years of experience applying secure coding practices and compliance measures to protect sensitive data in cloud-based Contact Center environments.
- Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:
$195,660.00
Maximum:
$228,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
