We are currently seeking a Software Development Associate Director to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Senior Product Manager - AI & Enterprise Solutions

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise software products, including AI-enabled solutions. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver innovative capabilities that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a customer-centric mindset, data-driven decision making, and experience working within Agile environments.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into product capabilities.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to support Agile delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, operations, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead product discovery, feature prioritization, release planning, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
  • Ensure products adhere to enterprise security, governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery progress to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support product launches, change management, user adoption, and ongoing enablement activities.


Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in IT with a strong background in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Solution Delivery.
  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software products throughout the full product lifecycle.
  • 6+ years of experience with:
    • Product strategy and roadmap development
    • Agile product management methodologies
    • Product lifecycle management
    • Stakeholder management
    • Requirements gathering and analysis
    • User story development
    • Product analytics and KPI tracking
    • Enterprise software delivery
    • Business process improvement

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product management best practices.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.


Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled enterprise applications or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and prompt engineering.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, enterprise AI security, and compliance considerations.
  • Product management certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM, Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent.

Pay Transparency

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $129,750-$216,250. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
