Responsibilities & QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as the Sustainment Lead or sustainment-focused subject matter expert.
- Applies advanced expertise in sustainment lifecycle management to support program and project operations.
- Reviews business application requirements and design specifications across functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
- Creates block diagrams and logic flowcharts to support software design and development.
- Converts detailed design specifications into functioning software solutions.
- Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots, and refines software to deliver the required functionality.
- Develops required documentation, including materials for both program-level and end-user audiences.
- Improves software performance by reducing processing time and increasing operational efficiency.
- Provides technical guidance to programmers as needed to support timely completion of program milestones.
- Creates or updates procedures to address complex problems while accounting for system capacity, equipment limitations, processing time, and desired output requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Expert experience and knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations.
- Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/NoCode Development Platform models.
- Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
- Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models.
- Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- Experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS, knowledge of computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
