Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Employer will accept a Bachelor's* degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.
*In lieu of a Bachelor's, employer will accept 2 years of work experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

1. Designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks;
2. Designing, developing high load scalability systems for millions of customers;
3. Technical leading, mentoring and growing of the team;
4. Analyzing and improving system performance and reliability; and
5. Ability to tackle complex technical challenges effectively.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
