Salary RangeThe projected compensation range for this position is 142K-146K(annualized USD).
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements
RequirementsIndividual Capabilities/Experience Required: - Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in Software Engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or appropriate field from an accredited college or university; or zero (0) years of experience with a qualifying Master's or PhD degree. Three (3) years of Software Engineering experience with a high school diploma or GED would also be acceptable.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired: - Able to work in a collaborative environment as a team player.
- Familiarity with commercial and open-source AI/ML frameworks and platforms
- Experience designing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs)
- Ability to analyze data structures and data objects
