Description
The Software Architect will work closely with the HMIS Project Manager and technical staff to evaluate, improve, redesign and rewrite the various systems that comprise the HMIS system. The candidate of this position will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Design and Development of the new HMIS Application project
  • Research and provide review and direction of various other Microsoft .Net based open system applications.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to our development staff.
  • Establishes, monitors and ensures that project goals/objectives are met; managing daily work/priorities.

Mandatory Qualifications 1 Master's Degree. 2 84 months experience developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services. 3 84 months experience coding with C#. 4 72 months development experience using Oracle, PL/SQL Packages and SQL programming. 5 36 months experience creating .net n-tiered applications with Javascript, jQuery, Angular, Wijmo. 6 36 months experience developing applications utilizing ASP .Net MVC. 7 24 months experience creating Angular .net applications utilizing Microsoft's Entity Framework 8 24 months experience developing projects related to social services (for example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or accounting. 9 12 months experience using Responsive Web Design such as Bootstrap.
