- Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
- When covering a weekend day, a day off will be provided during the week
Requirements
- Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey
- Discharge planning experience required
- Acute hospital experience required, specifically on Med/Surg and Emergency Department units
