About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME IV) - Clinical Psychologist (Health Promotion and Behavior Change) to support enterprise-wide efforts focused on mental health promotion, resilience, and behavior change within military populations. This position will provide strategic guidance on initiatives designed to improve psychological well-being and reduce risk factors associated with mental health conditions.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

In this role, you will develop evidence-based health promotion campaigns, behavioral change messaging, educational materials, and self-management resources. You will assess government programs and services, identify best practices, and tailor communication strategies to maximize engagement and impact across diverse audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.


  • Minimum of thirteen (13) years of post-doctoral clinical psychology experience.


  • Minimum of three (3) years supporting or leading population-level public health initiatives promoting psychological health and behavior change.


  • Experience designing mental health promotion programs and interventions.


  • Ability to develop evidence-based messaging and self-management tools for military communities.


  • Knowledge of best practices in psychological health promotion and behavior change communication.


  • Experience producing professional reports, presentations, briefings, publications, and related technical products.
