About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME IV) - Clinical Psychologist (Clinical Support Tools) to support the development of evidence-based clinical support resources that advance psychological health care across the Military Health System (MHS). This position will provide senior-level expertise translating clinical research, practice guidelines, and policy recommendations into practical tools and products that improve awareness and adoption of evidence-based mental healthcare.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

In this role, you will lead the development of clinical support tools, educational resources, provider guidance materials, patient-facing products, training resources, and technical reports. You will work closely with clinicians, researchers, and government stakeholders to ensure products effectively support healthcare providers, service members, veterans, and families.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
  • Minimum of thirteen (13) years of post-doctoral clinical psychology experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing tools, training materials, or educational resources that support evidence-based mental healthcare delivery.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical recommendations into actionable information products for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of product development from concept through dissemination.
  • Ability to develop concise clinical recommendations based on evidence synthesis findings.
  • Experience producing technical reports, presentations, briefings, manuscripts, and other professional deliverables.
