Position Summary

CSlope is seeking an SME Computer User Support Specialist to provide senior-level GIS technical leadership, technical user support, troubleshooting, and management of major GIS-RP technology assignments.

The position supports Army personnel using GIS-RP tools, ArcGIS Pro workflows, web maps, dashboards, and related technical capabilities and will contribute to the PWS-required closed-loop technical-support/helpdesk function.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert GIS technical assistance and user support.
- Lead troubleshooting of GIS-RP tools, ArcGIS Pro workflows, web applications, and associated technical issues.
- Support technical management of major GIS tasks and technology assignments.
- Direct and coordinate technical methods and resources necessary to meet GIS requirements.
- Receive, diagnose, document, resolve, and track technical user issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues through defined technical and Government channels.
- Identify recurring user issues and recommend improvements to tools, documentation, training, and workflows.
- Develop technical guides, FAQs, SOPs, job aids, and knowledge products.
- Support users adopting new or updated GIS-RP applications and workflows.
- Coordinate with Government personnel, senior management, GIS specialists, software QA personnel, and training staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant GIS, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
- Ability to obtain a CAC at date of award.
- Demonstrated understanding of DoD and Army Real Property and IGI&S policy and guidance.
- Knowledge of current DCS G-4 IGI&S QAPs.
- Knowledge of the SDSFIE Army Adaptation.
- Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS software.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical management of major GIS projects or tasks.
- Ability to direct and control GIS project activities, methods, and technical resources.
- Demonstrated responsibility for ensuring technical requirements are successfully met.
- Experience providing expert technical troubleshooting and end-user assistance.
- Experience interfacing with Government/client leadership and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Direct Army GIS-RP or IGI&S experience.
- AIGP experience.
- ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise experience.
- RPIM/RPUID experience.
- HQIIS and GFEBS/PRIDE familiarity.
- Federal GIS helpdesk or enterprise support experience.
- GIS technical documentation and knowledge-management experience.
- Army installation support experience.
- Experience supporting Real Property and geospatial-data reconciliation.
