The Skilled Nursing Administrator provides overall leadership and operational oversight of the Skilled Nursing Center, ensuring delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and Sunrise standards. This role drives clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance and team engagement.
What You'll Do:
• Lead daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Center in alignment with regulatory and Sunrise standards
• Develop, update and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality care
• Oversee care planning, MDS processes and coordination of resident services
• Prepare for and participate in surveys and regulatory inspections
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor medication administration and treatment schedules for accuracy and safety
• Manage department budget, labor and financial performance
• Lead recruitment, staffing, performance management and team development
• Partner with leadership to drive engagement, quality improvement and operational excellence

Pay Range:113,672.00 - 162,552.00
