Crafted Highlights:In the role of Six Pints Supply Chain Finance Manager working in Toronto, ON you will be part of the Six Pints Finance team. You will be the key finance business lead for the brewery and distribution locations across Canada. You will support, provide guidance and be a proactive leader within the leadership team. Additionally, you will provide leadership, analysis and reporting of both the performance and price variances related to total Six Pints Supply Chain.

This position reports to the Six Pints Controller and serves as the primary Finance business partner to the Six Pints Supply Chain leadership team, providing financial leadership, stewardship, and decision support across brewing, operations, and distribution activities.

What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Serve as a trusted finance business partner to the Six Pints Supply Chain leadership team, providing financial leadership, guidance, and decision support across brewing, distribution, and operations.
  • Lead the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.
  • Provide leadership and analysis related to Supply Chain performance and price variances, partnering with the Operations team to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Lead the Supply Chain financial planning process, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Latest Estimates (LEs), and monthly forecasting activities.
  • Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and presentations to leadership, communicating business performance, key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to provide financial oversight of capital spending, capital projects, business cases, and asset management activities.
  • Provide functional leadership, mentorship, and development support to a Senior Financial Analyst, including oversight of key analyses, reporting, and month-end deliverables.
  • Operate as a proactive business partner, ensuring strong financial stewardship, effective controls, and continuous process improvement across the Supply Chain organization.

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings:$94,900.00 - $124,500.00 (posting salary range) + 13% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
