Our Commercial Circuits team in Salt Lake City, UT, is eagerly looking for a Site Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. The Site Quality Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of quality supervisors, engineers, technicians, and inspectors, supporting Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) production and new product introductions at our Salt Lake City Circuit Card Assembly location. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will drive quality excellence, process reliability, and on-time delivery while operating within a lean, continuous-improvement culture. The Site Quality Manager will consistently lead by example, driving toward 100% Quality and 100% Delivery.

This is an on-site, collaborative working environment that offers a 9/80 schedule to include every other Friday off! (Formal schedule is Mon - Thurs, 7:00am - 4:00pm, every other Fri 7:00am - 3:00pm)

To be considered for this Site Quality Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • Education & Experience: BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 5 years of experience in Electronics/CCA assembly
  • Experience with AS9100 quality systems
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) and ESD control practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work cross functionally with production, quality, purchasing, and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills; experience with SPC, DOE, and process capability analysis.


It would be great if you also had:
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
  • Prior experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other highly regulated electronics manufacturing.


As our Site Quality Manager, you will add incredible value to the team by holding responsibility for:
  • Lead and develop the site quality organization. Supervise, coach, and mentor supervisors, engineers, technicians, and inspectors; manage staffing, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce quality control procedures, inspection plans, sampling plans, and inspection methods.
  • Drive a culture of quality that supports adherence to our quality management system and a right first-time mindset.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for yield, reliability, and field failures using structured problem-solving (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys).
  • Maintain and improve compliance to industry and customer standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, MIL/AS/ISO/AS9100 as applicable).
  • Collaborate cross functionality with Production, Quality, Supply Chain/Purchasing, Program Management, and Design Engineering to resolve issues and drive program success.
  • Support customer engagements, including failure analysis, technical presentations, and proposals; act as a quality point of contact for customer escalations.


Working Conditions & Travel
  • Onsite, production floor environment with standard PPE and ESD controls.
  • May require occasional travel to suppliers, customers, or other company sites.

Salary Range Transparency:
Salt Lake City, UT $120,000.00-$160,000.00 Annually
