HGA is seeking a Site Project Controls Manager to lead all on-site project controls functions for a high-profile, multi-billion-dollar semiconductor manufacturing expansion in Clay, New York supporting a leading global advanced technology environment.

Position Overview

  • This role will serve as the on-site authority for all project controls functions, acting as the central source of truth across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting disciplines on large-scale semiconductor construction programs.

  • The successful candidate will bring deep experience managing project controls on multi-billion-dollar industrial or energy projects, with a strong understanding of complex EPC delivery models and owner's representation environments.

  • The position will lead a multi-disciplinary controls team and interface directly with owner, EPC contractors, and design partners to ensure alignment across all project execution phases.
