Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of Project Management experience with projects around $500m
• Experience in power plant operations, especially combined cycle or simple cycle generation
• Previous roles as Owner's Engineer or similar capacity
• Expertise in project management and construction oversight
• Proficiency in cost and schedule management
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Open to candidates with petrochemical or large-scale industrial project experience

Responsibilities

• Provide Owner's Engineer support for 5 combined cycle projects
• Oversee project execution in Lyon County, MN
• Coordinate and support the Owner in interactions with the EPC contractor
• Lead project management and construction management tasks, ensuring effective cost control and forecasting
• Conduct engineering design reviews and technical evaluations to assess constructability
• Manage change control processes and develop risk identification strategies
• Report regularly on project performance, risks, and key milestones
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
